If the windows and mac users has IDM or internet download manager, then in linux you can use flareget or uget. Both the software is used to speed up and facilitate downloading large files.
In linux mint, I use flareget. The program is paid, because the free version too many bugs and finally passed by the developer flareget.

Download for 64bit or Download for 32bitwhile uget is a free version of flareget or IDM. Wget does not have a trial version or the paid version.
